Damaged and Defective Returns 

Bauhinia Mode is a made-to-order brand. Due to the nature of our production, returns are strictly limited to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues (please consult our size guide before ordering)


Return Window

Return requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted within five (5) days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be dropped off with the courier within seven (7) days of initiating your return.


Packaging
To minimize waste and ensure the product is protected, please reuse the original packaging or select a shipping box of a similar size for your return.


Return Submission
All returns must be submitted for approval via our Return Portal or email through hello@bauhiniamode.com, please attach with the subject “Return Submission mm/dd/yyyy”). Items returned without prior approval will be returned to the sender at their expense.


Return Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all the following criteria:

  • The order must be a domestic order (Hong Kong and U.S. only).

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • The original white ribbon must still be securely attached.

  • The product must be free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or any other residue.

  • The product must not have been used for photography, events, or promotional purposes.

Domestic Returns
A free USPS return shipping label is provided for all eligible domestic returns.


International Returns
We do not accept international returns. All sales for international orders are final.


Refund Options

  1. Original Payment Method + USD$15 processing fee
    ​​​​This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

  2. Store Credit + No fee
    Store credit never expires and is applied once the return is processed.

 

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return at our facility. Bank processing times for refunds to the original payment method may vary.
