This Shipping Policy outlines the details concerning the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Bauhinia Mode.
Order Processing
Order processing takes 2-3 business days for domestic standard shipping and international orders. Order confirmation are received via email.

Shipping Destinations and Free Shipping Zones
Bauhinia Mode ships to most locations worldwide. During the checkout process, you will be able to verify if we ship to your specific location.
Special Offer: Free Shipping to Hong Kong
All orders shipped to an address within Hong Kong (SAR) qualify for free standard shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within four (4) weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Method, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
We offer only Standard Shipping for all domestic and international orders. Shipping charges and options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates (Excluding Hong Kong SAR)
A flat rate of $10 USD applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
Orders shipped to all other regions are subject to a flat rate of $25 USD.
Free Shipping Threshold
All orders totaling $500 USD or more, before taxes and after any discounts, qualify for free Standard Shipping worldwide.
Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
Bauhinia Mode offers international shipping to many countries. International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bauhinia Mode is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@bauhinia-mode.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Issues
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to try and locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery at hello@bauhiniamode.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund. Know more about our Damaged and Defective Returns Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.
